If you book a shared van service, Seemo Shuttle will decide the pick up time. If you book a private car service, you can decide your own pick up time.
We understand that sometimes flights may be canceled. However, the airline will always make sure they accommodate you within a day or two, in which case we will be more than happy to reschedule you for the same service that you initially booked (from point A to B). If you refuse to reschedule, we will charge you the full fare and no exceptions will be made.
No credit card is charged ahead of time unless you cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up time.

Our luggage requirements are 2 standard-size suitcases, a computer bag and a small backpack per person. Every extra piece is $5.00.
Sometimes we experience heavy call volume, even during business hours you may get the answering machine, it will be easier if you leave a message, we can assure you we will be contacting you at our earliest convenience.
For the economical shared shuttle service it is recommended to make reservations few days in advance, for the private service, reservations with short notice maybe accepted.
