I need a ride between the five colleges and Bradley Airport. Can I choose my own pick up time?

If you book a shared van service, Seemo Shuttle will decide the pick up time. If you book a private car service, you can decide your own pick up time.

What happens if my flight was cancelled?

We understand that sometimes flights may be canceled. However, the airline will always make sure they accommodate you within a day or two, in which case we will be more than happy to reschedule you for the same service that you initially booked (from point A to B). If you refuse to reschedule, we will charge you the full fare and no exceptions will be made.

Do you charge my Credit Card before I arrive?

No credit card is charged ahead of time unless you cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up time.

Which Airport is the closest to the 5 college area/Western Massachusetts?

No doubt Bradley International Airport located in Windsor Locks Connecticut is the closest to Western Mass (between 36 and 50 miles depending on your destination) any ground transportation will get you there for less than $145.00, but would that be the case for the other Airports? Many travelers from the west coast find cheaper and direct flights to/from Logan Airport in Boston, the fare to/from Logan Airport to Western Mass. is around $275 using a cab or a shuttle van. Please keep in mind this cost when booking your flight.

Does the service charge include a gratuity?

No, for the shared shuttle service the gratuity is optional. For the private car service it will be added automatically.

Which airports do you service?

We serve Bradley International Airport, Logan in Boston, JFK and LaGuardia.

How much luggage can I take on the shuttle van?

Our luggage requirements are 2 standard-size suitcases, a computer bag and a small backpack per person. Every extra piece is $5.00.

What if I get the answering machine?

Sometimes we experience heavy call volume, even during business hours you may get the answering machine, it will be easier if you leave a message, we can assure you we will be contacting you at our earliest convenience.

Where do you pick up at the airport?
  • For Bradley Airport arrivals, there is one terminal: Terminal A: When you arrive, please call: 1-800-908-2829 or 1-877-805-2600.
  • For travel from any other Airport: Logan, JFK or La Guardia, you can call our toll free number: 1-800-908-2829 or 1-877-805-2600
What happens if my arriving flight is delayed?
  • We track all the flights arriving into Bradley airport, however every customer needs to inform us of their flight changes, a lot of times the online information that we have access to may not be updated to the minute.
  • To minimize your waiting time, please call us when you find out about your flight status (delays, departure time, and arrival).
  • If your flight is delayed, provided it lands within an hour of the original scheduled time, our driver should still be there as long as there are no other inconvenienced passengers.
  • If your flight is delayed more than one hour, you will need to wait for the next available shuttle. We will try our best to minimize your waiting time. However, if you choose to cancel instead, you will be charged the full fare.
Do I need an advance reservation?

For the economical shared shuttle service it is recommended to make reservations few days in advance, for the private service, reservations with short notice maybe accepted.

How far in advance can I cancel a reservation?

- Reservations must be cancelled 72 hrs in advance otherwise the full charge will apply, no exceptions will be made.
- Some reservations during the busy times are non-refundable as soon as you make them, we will let you know in advance if your reservation is a non-refundable one.

Can I prepay for Seemo Shuttle Service?

If you pay the driver cash or with credit card, there is no fee. However if you decide to prepay there is an administrative fee.

Does your shuttle run every hour?

We run every hour, assuming we have customers who made reservations in advance..

Do you charge for the waiting time?

If a customer is running late, we have a pro-rated waiting time charge. The hourly charge for the car/van is $30.00 per hour. The hourly charge for the Minibus is $50.00 per hour. If a customer is charged for the waiting time, when ever they decide to use a shuttle service in the future, they have two options:

  1. Since they were charged for the waiting time they will never use our service again and we respect that.
  2. They will manage to be on time in order to void a waiting charge.
What are your office hours and which hours do you operate?
  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
