Terms & Conditions

All reservations must be held with a valid, major credit card.

If you fail to be at your pick up location, this will be deemed as a “no-show” and your card will be charged.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • While we take the utmost care with you and your belongings, Seemo Shuttle is not responsible for items left in vehicles or damaged in transit.
  • Passengers are accountable for checking all luggage and items into and out of the vans.
  • Seemo Shuttle is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including weather and traffic conditions.
  • Shared shuttle service except when private service is requested.

If you are not at your pick-up location due to unforeseen reasons like: flight is diverted to another airport, you made an error regarding your pick-up time or date. you can reschedule, however please be advised if our driver is already on his/her way to pick you up then a full charge will apply and no exceptions will be made.

We reserve the right to combine more than one passenger for the private service unless an additional exclusive fee is paid.

  • For the shared service Seemo Shuttle can change your pick-up time in order to accommodate other passengers.
  • Luggage Allowance: 2 suitcases a computer bag and a small backpack. There is an extra charge for additional pieces of luggage or oversized items. Please let us know in advance about the additional items. Click here for more.

 

Cancellation, Flight delays & Waiting time:

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made 72 hrs in advance or the full charge will apply. No exceptions will be made.
  • Some reservations during the busy times are non-refundable as soon as you make them, we will let you know in advance if your reservation is a non-refundable one.
  • If you fail to be at your pick up location, this will be deemed as a “no-show” and your card will be charged.
  • Some reservations may be non-refundable. 

Flight Delays:

  • As soon as you find out about your flight delays you will need to inform our staff by calling 1-877-805-2600. Otherwise, your waiting time will be longer than expected.

For Shared Service :

  • If your flight is delayed, provided it lands within an hour of the original scheduled time, your driver should still be there as long as there are no other inconvenienced passengers.
  • If you miss your shuttle, you will need to wait for the next available one. We will try our best to minimize your waiting time. However, if you choose to cancel instead, you will be charged the full fare.
  • Please keep in mind the waiting time for shared service maybe more than 50 min, unless you book a private service, in which case the waiting time will be less than 20 min.
  • If you book a shared service and your flight is delayed, cancelled or plans have changed you can reschedule within the next 3 days for the same service you initially booked (from point A to point B) however, there is a possibility our shared service may not be available, in that case the only service we will be able to offer is the private car, you can either book it or cancel and get charged the full shared service fare.

For Private Service:

  • If you book a private car and your flight is delayed, cancelled or plans have changed you can reschedule within the next 3 days for the same service you initially booked (from point A to point B) or if you decide to cancel the full charge will apply.
  • When you book a private service, after your flight lands, there is a 30 minute grace period for which no wait time charges are assessed. After the 30 minute wait time, charges apply at the rate of $30.00 per hour.

Waiting time for shared, private and charter services:

  • If you book a car or a van the waiting time will be billed at the rate of $30.00 per hour.
  • If you book a Minibus, the waiting time will be billed at the rate of $50.00 per hour.
  • We will pro-rate the waiting time charge based on the total number of minutes that we waited.

 


Seemo Shuttle Service Policies

  • Seemo Shuttle service enforces a strict No-Smoking policy in all of our vehicles
  • Our fares are subject to change without notice.
  • Our vehicles are fully insured.
  • Our drivers have the right to refuse to carry any passengers they believe to be adversely under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and/or whose behavior is a nuisance or threat to the driver, the vehicle or to the other passengers.
  • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory Rights as a customer.
